''tuning''
what have u done with your car that requires tunning? for mere i/h/e u don't need any tunning what so ever, so first start off by telling us what u have done and what your plans are for your car
actually your wront, with IHE you do need to tune or you can LOSE power,
Anything that changes the car from stock like More airflow Intake, Could cause the car to lean out and the factory maps may not compensate for large exaust, Headers or other boltons,

I just know my timings is off.....as for mods, IHE, 150amp alternator, and pulley's..... and that's all i plan on doing....i'm now saving up for an engine swap, i was basically just trying to figure out what tuning would need to be done for the timing, i know my valves are off...so ya...there's that...

I find this pretty rediculous myself. The stock fuel and ignition is fine for those basic bolt-ons.
You may get 5 hp out of tuning a I/H/E setup, but the sheer costs are just retarded unless you have some more mods that would benefit a lot more from the tuning. There is no way the engine will lean out to the point of dangerous with just basic bolt-ons.
