Went to friend house on a cool day was there for 6 hours got into car and car wont start. Main realy clicks but fuel pump does not purge. I also re-soldered the points on the m/relay. The question is that do i drop the tank to rempve the fuel filter. People say on crx's you have to remove the tank. ON A 90 civic dx hatchback do i need too.
