Default code16 fuel injection - little help

Did a swap and the car started to run a little sluggish and a CEL came up. Its a code 16 for fuel injection. Then i change the injectors and it ran good for couple minutes then the same thing happen. It ran sluggish and would go past 6500rpm, BUT vtec kicked in for like 1 sec then cut off at 6500rpm. Then the code came up and then it went into limp mode.

I never threw a code 16 before and have no idea wth is going on. Changed the injectors and it still runs slow. Now today when i tried to start the car it wouldnt start. I unplugged the battery to clear the ECU then tried to start it again and it threw the code 16 again. Now the car wont start.

All the injector wires are in order from yel-4 blue-3 red-2 brn-1 and the other wires goes to the resistor box. I took all 4 the wires and connected it to the 4 wires on the resistor box and took the red wire from the resistor box and connected that to 4 wires from that one plug that has all those yellow/black wires going into it.

The main relay is fine. I hear the fuel pump so thats fine. All the ground seems to be in place. fuses are good. now im stuck.

anyone have any ideas?

i just measured the ohm on the old injectors and they were all 2.6 ... is this good or bad? These were the original injectors.

Code 16 means that when the ECU does a injector curcuit test, one or more of the injectors are coming up "missing". That means you can have a bad wiring to the injectors.

Recheck your wiring.

i redid all the wiring and solder it this time. and still didnt work. then i gave up. Then i went back and tried again and found a loses wire on the plug near the shock tower . Works perfect now.
