So anways i did the search and found nothing related to any headunit that is kenwood of brand and hookn it up with an ipod. I need some help on installing/hookn up the nano to the headunit.

I bought the KCA-iP500 which is the connector to link the nano to the head unit's brain. Now usually on the manual it will indicate to plug the connector to the socket that indicates cd changer, however the brain for the kenwood kvt815 doesn't have that option. It has the Navigation and another one which is marked 5ILf or something. I tried plugging it into both of them and followed the instruction regarding the settings, but still no prevail.

Any input from any kenwood installers or anyone who has the same headunit and uses the same connector for the ipod.
