well i bought a a obdo to obd1 wiring harness and it has the extra plug with all the wires that im suppose to connect. the person that i bought it from doesnt have the instructions anymore so if any one knows where i can find then on the net please let me know. ive been trying to look for them for more then an hour and am not going to quit till i find them. thanks let me know if you know anything. by the way im trying to wire a d15b vtec in a 91 civic si with a p28. thanks again

You don't need instructions.

Here's what i would do...first I'd find a p28 pinout. Next i'd ohm out the wires on the extra plug with a meter. Finally i'd connect the wires that are supposed to be connected.

 

does any one have the original wirinf instructions that come with the harness a pic of that would be great i have 12 additional wires i have to connect. thnaks

 

no i figured out that i dont need to use all the 12 wires and i know whitch ones are my vtec wires im just stuck on the o2 sensor. Are all me four o2 sensor wires in the extra 12 wire batch that i have. well i know that 2 are there for sure. i just have to figure out the rest.

 

Get a meter and p28 pinout and you'll be set. I'm not sure if all four o2 sensor wires are in your extra plug. The meter will quickly answer that.
