it is no different than the vortech aftercooler, but the issue is that the throttlebody side is a big oval, and you would have a hard time making that fit a round throttlebody. used to build them alongside the buicks. it is cool to see this stuff that is 10 years old making a comeback.

You want one? I have one for sale, modified for the b series. You might think it's a little weird how I did it, but the TB is actually welded onto the end tank, with an aerodynamically correct transition into the TB. You would need to make a bracket to connect the engine block to the bracket on the bottom of the intercooler so vibration wouldn't be stressing the manifold and TB.

Here it is on my turbo 87 accord, bolted up to the AEBS manifold. This setup has been dismantled and I'm building a b series that will go into it. INTERCOOLER FOR SALE

the syclone/typhoon is an awd 4.3L turbo truck conservatively rated at 280hp, it runs a mid to high 13, if I recall. The intercooler should be good for more than that, because the syclone/typhoon intercooler pump doesn't even turn on until like 215 degrees!

the syclone was the truck.

they both shared the same platform, and same drive train.
it was the cab that are the the difference.

Overpriced. A friend built an AWD S10 with a 355" SBC and twin turbos for less than the cost of a bone stock Syclone, and his truck is just a pinch faster.

Except he didnt , your entire post is false, a twin turboed small block woul be alot faster than mid to high 13s especially with an AWD drivetrain.

TT 355 vs. turbo V6??
My friend is building a 350 SB and Im trying to convince him to go twin turbo, approx. how much did it cost your friend to do his engine-- what kind of fuel system, and where did he get the manifolds? Those seem to be the 2 biggest issues we are facing.

Thanks. I appreciate it, ***. Now lets see the garbage you build. Or more accurately, the garbage you pay someone else to build.

"i'm not trying to dis you but your dick is 2 inches long"

Have you ever even seen a stock 3g accord engine bay? You would Really think that's ghetto, vacuum lines, wires everywhere. it wasnt finished in that pic either, and the bay was cleaner with the turbo and the computer in it than it was when it was stock. So go **** yourself.

RACEPAK you asked a question and got a legit answer along whith quite a bit of good info. Whether or not you meant to diss him you definetly did. People that have spent a long time building something themselves don't want to be told it's "ghetto". That kind of thing takes quite a bit of skill to do.
