Default Springs.actual drop?H&R sport,Neuspeed sport,eibach spotline

i am choosing between these springs

now on shox.com
they say the drops for all the spring
H&R sport,,1.9 f 1.8 rear
eibach sportline 1.7 all around
neuspeed sport 2 all around

will all these springs settle a lil?
i want around a 2 finger gap all around,,or a lil lower

on my 94 hatch,and 93 4 door
with 205 50's 15 if u run 2 fingers between the wheel well, and the tire,,ur finger will rub
and thats what i want on the 90 hatch

i was thinkin neuspeed sports,,but the only prob is,,on modacars site,,they says the average lowering is 1.5-1.75 for the sports
and shox.com says 2 inch
what is up with that??
does anyone know the truth??

i prob will just go with some 99 SI rims with 205 50's
but i just wanna b happy with the drop

and i think im gonna go with tokico blues
thanks

I threw some Suspension Techniques on my 91 hatch (got 'em for close to nothing, so i figured what the heck) the advertised drop was 1.8 in. i mesured from the center hub to the fender before and after and got exactly 2 inches of drop all the way around. with 15" wheels and 195/50/15 tires there is no gap between tire and fender! and depending on the wheel offset, you'll need to roll in your rear fender well or the back tires will rub on corners. I plan to switch to the complete Tokico package (1.2" drop w/ your choice of blues or iluminas)
If I can get a hold of my roomates digital camera, I'll post some pics.

ok,,that would b great
a couple days ago i posted for people to post pics of their rides,,and what they had to drop it,,
and there was a red civic hatch,,with H&R sports,,1.9 f,1.8 b
looked good

just thought i may b happier with a 2inch all the way around
but u never know how much it will drop after the springs settle

also,,i would rather b more lower then,,not low enought

thanks mike

looks pretty good

i think i may wanna b a lil higher
and if i know the springs r gonna settle
then i think i should get the H&R's
since those r 1.9 f,,1.8 rear

ill have 205 50 15 on the car too,,so i may scrape the wells more then u would since my tires are gonna b wider

now all i gotta do is find a pic of a hatch on SI rims
or can any of u recommend another set of nice rims

also ,,i dont wanna pay over 1000$$,,cuz if im gonna pay over 1000$$,,then im just gonne get some subzeros in 16 inch for my 94 hatch,,and swap my 96 GSR rims to the 90 hatch
cuz the 90 is only a daily driver,
and the 94 hatch will have a GSR swap in it soon,,and is should look the best out of all of them

thanks mike
