we cant believe you have 399 posts and are still that dumb. Idle screw should be fully closed (to the right) and then opened (turn to the left) one full turn. As far as your "pics" that you want to see, the ONLY way to set timing is with a timing light (dont try to half *** timing, do it right, not some half gimp *** "Im gonna look at somebody elses car and copy theirs method"). If you dont have or know how to use a timing light, then take it to a shop or read one of the many how-tos that people have put their time and effort in to help people like yourself.
