hi guys i wanted to ask who owns this Dual Din Radio Block Off Plate on whats its dimensions cause i would consider doing my si climate swap to fit a TV screen in there

any one have one and can measure it using a ruler or something?

just go buy one at the Acura dealer...around 14 bucks or less.... from a 90 integra RS...

whats the height x length of this guys?

 

Just do a search on what the din size is. Or better yet measure the hole that your radio is in.

 

i know that two din height is nothing but two din...its fixed i know....so in that two din height i can fit two stereos if each of them are 1 din....but the reason am asking is i wanna fit a tv/lcd screen in there and most LCD screens are given in 6.5, 7" sizes and dont know those numbers mean and if they will fit or not in that 2 DIN space?

lol....nice one.....am trying to say i know the DIN sizes and DONT understand the LCD screen sizing where they give sizes like 7" LCD screen...and would like someone to explain to me if that is width or heigh size or is it the size of the screen itself or is it the size of the outer case of the screen?

 

It's just like your tv at home... It's usually measured diagonally.. The screen size may be 7" corner to corner, but the actual size of the housing vary from brand to brand...

 

True...What I would do is look into the screen that you are looking at. The manufacturer will usually put the exact dimensions of the screen in all the info for the screen on their website.

 

Now i bought an Si climate control (the complete part) and right now i cant compare since i dont have it yet, so can someone tell me if this screen will fit or not: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...:US:1

it says its Dimensions: 20.2CM x 14CM x 2.8CM so will this fit in the Si climate control in the Two Din space?

A double din spot is this big. 7.2" X 4.22" or 18.29cm X 10.72cm so no it will not work unless you custom mold it into the dash.

This took me five min to find on Google And if you are still not sure about this GO MEASURE THE OPENING IN YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!
