i'm lookin for an abs spoon style front lip. what i really wanna know is if anyone had experience with them and how they fit. i found a few on ebay pretty cheap. i just dunno about the quality. i saw that a lot of people said jdmshit.com had them, but all they have is the mugen style. so if anyone has one, i'd like to know where you got it and how it fits. i'm just not sure about these ones on ebay. thanks

 

yea jdmshit has been talking about them for like a year and a half now and still no sign But, like always said before, you get what you pay for.

 

that sucks, i'm not sure if i wanna wait for jdmshit.com or not. its not like my car is a show car, i just like the lip, and they help aerodynamics. anyone else?

 

Last time I heard JDMSh!t.com did have them. I read a post that Newman put up awhile ago about them. Try calling them?

 

If JDM **** dosen't have them not many people do.

Finding ABS plastic Spoon Lip is pretty hard and I don't think I've ever seen one in my 2-3 years of searching...only CF and I bought one in Fiberglass from a friend

i have one on my car... though i found it at a local shop and it fit perfectly with a little heating from a heat gun... without the gun it seemmed like it was too short to mount where the self tapping screws would screw onto the side of the bumper in the wheel well.

Every lip I've ever installed has been that way. My brother ITR style lip, my Mugen V2 lip, another buddies Mugen style lip. Despite they are knock offs I think they should fit better than that, or atleast get lucky with one. Oh well, I made them work and they look great.

 

yeah i agree with you... i did get lucky with an old abs mugen lip that i used to have, it just went right on... to bad i hit a tire that was ripped apart on the freeway... ... my currect abs spoon replica looks great and fits nicely
