Default idle questions, TPS reading .77-4.55, is this enough to throw off my idle?, also my car only has 1

opening inside the thorttle body. on the idle faq i'm using, the car has two. one for FITV and one for IAVC. is this because my car is a d16a6 and the one used in the faq is a b18? if so, where is the FITV on a d16a6 so i can remove it and screw in the white thing.
thanks alot guys

more info:
stock TPS is supossed to read .5v-4.5v
my idle goes from 800 to 2000 and back down continuously when the engine is warm

Recalibrate your TPS to .45 at closed throttle then start troubleshooting further.

just checked the tps again, this time with the engine on and i got .45 for closed. when the car is off, the TB plate isn't fully closed, but when it's idling it is....

so its not the TPS.
anyone know why my TB only has one opening inside of it and not two for the IAVC and FITV
