Me and a buddie were standing around b/s ing and wondered about all of these questions these are the ones that we couildnt find by searching. how much horse power does an RSX type s have? what size motor is it? how much does the car way?

the k20z3 has 201 hp. before the SAE changes, the k20z3 was rated at 210 hp. the k20a2 was rated at 200 hp before the SAE changes. the k20z1 has 197 hp after the SAE changes. the k20a3 had 160 hp before the SAE changes.

i go to cars.com .. click research .. some of the newer cars dont have specs but those been around for a few years do..

i suggest if you begin to get flamed .. leave it alone .. its you vs. HT ..

 

The Typs-S has ~160 WHP stock, depending on the dyno. It's a 2.0L K20A2. I think it weighs in at around 2,7XXlbs.

stop giving out wrong information.

the type-s had 200, 201, and 210 hp.

200 with the k20a2
210 with the k20z3 before SAE changes
201 with the k20z1 after SAE changes.

the car does not weight 27,000 pounds. we are at 2,8xx pounds.

i have already included the correct information above. there is no reason to continue on with this thread.

27,XXXlbs. is more than my truck, trailer, and car weigh together.

 

Oops, I meant ~160WHP, not FWD. And you're giving BHP which nobody cares about. And yes, the weight was another typo. Relax fellas. I guess you're not smart enough to realize that.
