The Toda reflash helps out a lot but thats not tuning. If I were you I'd get kpro and get it dyno tuned. Dyno tuning can cost as high as $200 per hour or as little as $90, depends a lot on what dyno. Just make sure you take it to someone who knows Kpro/Hondata.

My motor's being rebuilt right now. I know K-pro is the best but since i'm running 9:1:1 compression would i be able to skate by on low boost levels without it while using e-manage? (worried)

don't mean to thread-jack... (bowing head)

k100 is essentially kpro w/o end user capability. if something happens, you'll have to drive back to the k100 dealer and have them crack open the ECU and retune your car.

With the K-100 you'll still have to find a shop/person with a K-Pro to tune your car, IMHO it's worth it to get the K-Pro itself. I've seen it for as little as $990 on ClubRSX.
As for the threadjacker, if you're running 9.1:1 you'll definately be able to run higher boost levels once you get some tuning in there, but I would definately recommend getting some kind of management system(K-Pro, AEM EMS, E-manage) to get that engine running right.
