If your talking about a plunger that you can get at an auto store... about 2-3 bucks. If the dent is creased, your screwed, if its big, your screwed (98% chance you have to go to an auto detailer). Unless your good with body work and your willing to drill a hole in the body to pop it out, fill in the hole and repaint it. But most people I know try to let someone else do that part . What kind of dent is it?
