V-tech no go?!?!?!

97 integra gs-r. rev limiter hits at 5500rpm. why, wrong ecu? i have no clue. once again, car dosn't rev past 5500rpm's WTF

its the flux capacitor in the relay box... Its known to go bad on the vtech modules. Be sure to change out and check the filter on the back of the ecu also.

What ECU is currently in the car?

car is stock, car was stolen and ecu was gone to, bought as theift recovery. guy which i bought it from put the ecu in but doesnt know much bout honda's so i was guessing he might have gotten a ls ecu.
