Default is it hard to hook up a JDM Climate control with navagation system?

jus like the title say. is it hard to hook up a EK9 JDM CLIMATE CONTROL? im going to get one tomorow and need to know how to hook it up or what wires are needed? let me kno asap before i buy it. thanks for the help.

why would you do it anyway? correct me if needed.. but, whats the diff between the jdm & its usdm counterpart? i thought there was none.

goes in, won't work correctly, unless u have all of the brains and sensors

it plugs right up yes, but the "auto" feature will not work w/o the computer brain, extra wiring and some interior sensors not on a usdm model. to have this jdm goody work correctly, you'll need all those things. otherwise, it will just work as normal as a usdm climate control.

to have the ctr climate control working you must replace the motherboard in it with a USDM one after that all buttons will work

well i just picked it up and it is not plug in and play. its goin to be a bitch to wire it up. but its worth it i guess.i kno i can get the power goin but the rest is hard. let me kno if anyones done it themselfs. thanks

It's plug and play. However, the 'auto' feature won't work without the correct JDM sensors.

idk know bout the plug in and play. it aint working for me. anyone out there that has one and istalled it themselfs can really help me out here. heres my Aim TRSHONDA5 if anyone can help me out. thanks again.

Its a plug n play for the 99 00 civics
and if you want your AC to work then the climate control board must be replace with an USDM one.

but if you got a 96 to 98 EK then its another story, theres a lot more shiat involved
