I'm not sure exactly where to post this, but here goes. I bought an auterra scanner a few months ago, and recently reformatted my laptop, which had the software installed on it. Unfortunately when I tried to reinstall it I realized I threw away the paper cd case that had the product key on it. Auterra told me that I'm out of luck and they can't give me a new product key.

If anyone has the software for windows could you please help me out with the product key? I can tell you my order number, take pictures of the scanner and documentation, the cd, anything you want if you need proof that I bought the scanner.
