Default building my motor

im going to be building a motor for my civic very soon and i want to get anywhere from 350 to 450whp out of my motor. can i get there with an l/s vtec?

So you are planning on a LS/vtec Turbo? You want to go back and click the forced induction forum.

Because (350whp X 5252)/140 ft. lbs= 13130rpm If you meant all motor, and it's gonna be a tad difficult to maintain 140 ft.lbs at the wheels at 13130 rpm.

so there is no way i could get there with out a turbo? its cool i was just wondering if anyone had done an allmotor with that much whp.

Perhaps with some nitromethane, but then again you probably want the motor to last for more than 5 minutes without melting.
