Default h23 to f22 knock sensor problem

well i bought a 92 si lude with a blown h23 and put a f22 back in it and the f22 didn't have the knock sensor so now the car has a constant CEL because its not hooked up. is there any way to fix this? can i put the lude f22 ecu in and it will work fine? im using the h23 intake manifold on the f22 also.

u need to run an F22 ecu, but the prob may be with the header, the h23 has a different setup in the sense that it has a bung-hole for the o2 sensor in the downpipe...the F22 doesn't, as you prolly know its located close to the heat shield.

p.s. the H23 header won't work on an F22

Is this the Jdm F22b? Or your regular usdm f22? If the f22 doesnt have a knock sensor try using the one from your old h23 and yes use your f22 ecu.

well im using the h23 header on the f22 and its working fine. the f22 is out of prelude S. so can i just plug in a ecu out of a prelude S and it will work fine and i won't have to rewire anything?

i still don't understand why you said the h23 header won't work on the f22 cause i have it bolted up and it works great.
