Default exhaust from a 92-95 EX Coupe fit a teg?

Hey guys, i'm looking for a 3" exhaust and found one used from this guy for $600 off of his 92-95 EX Coupe. I've got a 98 LS teg and i'm curious if anyone knows if they are interchangeable. The bends look very very similar to a tegs.

exhaust off of civic:

tegs exhaust:

If its just the hangars that are different and the bends are the same i don't mind welding on new ones.

For $600, why wouldn't you just buy a brand new one?

He was obviously aiming to get one over on you. Or 600, I should say.

Many, many people use ktellers kit.
I'm sure you'd be happy with it, especially for the price.

yea ktellers kit is meant to be cheap but if you add in the expense of having all the flanges welded, a resonator, and a polished muffler...i can see why it adds up at about 600-700. Around my area, just having the flanges welded up from a few local shops avg about 150-200

wow, that quite a bit for a few welds. Now what purpose does the resonator serve? Does it quiet the exhaust down? I really didn't plan on putting any in.

the resonator is all for preference and whether or not you mind how loud your exhaust is.
