list of materials for custom exhaust
Hey guys, i'm wondering if anyone could give me the list of supplies (X feet of straight, 4 90's, etc.) to weld up a 3" exhaust. I have the DP already. Also if someone knows where to buy cat flanges that would be apreciated too. Thanks
Just did a downpipe back kit on a VW VR6 Turbo....
We used 2 Magnaflow J bends, a muffler, a resonator, and 2 v-band kits. We cut about 8" of straight off another bend.
Always buy more than you need. You'll regret it if you are short 15° of bend.

If you do run into that problem though, you could always just cut 7.5 degrees on either side of a straight pipe. Not the right way to do it, but it works. My entire catback is done with straight pipe right now
