I'm looking for a wiring diagram to wire this up this controller I have. I've searched and I am finding a lot of manuals for ODB1 (92-95) but nothing for ODB2. Is it the same wiring? Any help would be appreciated.

See but the problem with that one is that it only lists 92-95 D15Bs. Is this going to be the same for 96-00? This is my question. Because Ive seen this site also.

No, you want to use the diagram for the OBD-2 cars, which is "H4" in those instructions. You can also find decent pin-out diagrams on the A'PEXi site.
