...don't know if this will help, but on my GSR my Fluidyne radiator needed one from a Prelude, same year - 97...

1.3 is most likely overkill. I'm not familiar with your setup, but I think you'd be just fine.

I would just go and get a brand new OEM cap. Don't get a higher rating, it puts more stress on things like hoses and the headgasket.

As far as I know, the 1.3's increase the pressure in the radiator.

I believe i've heard people using SPOON rad caps.

Anyone else have any input on this?

I doubt that 19 psi (1.3 bar) in the cooling system will stress a headgasket that will seal over 5000psi of hot gases when the charge ignites...

If people neglect their hoses, they can fail even at 13psi (0.9 bar). Plus, it appears that he has a welded Koyo radiator so it should hold the extra pressure.

there are two Spoon caps. which one fits?

88-91 CIVIC, 90-93 INTEGRA
or
92-UP CIVIC, 94-UP INTEGRA

if i remember correctly my 94+ integra cap did not fit my Koyo. i had to go buy the OLDER version (90-93). can anyone confirm this?
