I have a 96 coupe and tried to use a LS Cat at one point. The problem I ran into was that the flanges where it attached to the header weren't the correct orientation, so it actually would've attached but it would have been twisted. but if thats not a problem then the only other thing I can think of is if there is a place for your o2 sensor on the GSR cat if not thats not to big of a problem I've some people just it it off in a plastic bag and tuck it away to make sure it doesn't touch anyhting. Good luck

so the donuts will not bolt up, right! but the ls/gsr stock converter could be in used in any car, like my 96 b16 civic!
