Does anyone on here own one of these? Any impressions? I know most people on here are sportbikers....

is that the bmw single? i dont think i've ever seen one up close. probly a good entry level bike with the bmw panache if thats what you're looking for.

I'm looking at a cs or gs. Something for trails. I will probably end up with a sportbike (maybe a Triumph TT) but the BMW "adventure" series really interests me.

If you want to actually ride offroad don't get a BMW. Look into dual-purpose or dedicated trail bikes from the big four japanese companies.

If your heart is set on a BMW, an older GS would do better off-road than an F650CS or a new GS.
