Default B 16 V-tec

I have a 1993 del sol thats a D-15. iwant to swap to a B-16 V-tec motor. I already have the head what other parts will i nedd to make it a true B-16 V-tec?

u need the trenny and the block.. ecu..
i would go w. LS bottom and s80 transmission..

1.) there are no dashes between engine codes, i.e. "D15B8" or "B16A2"

2.) VTEC is an acronym for "variable valve timing and lift electronic control". There is no dash, there is no "tech".

3.) if you only have the head, you need the rest of the engine and the transmission and the axles and the ECU and, and, and. You need to do some research before you attemp to do this thing about which you obviously know nothing. Use the search function in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

ur better of sellin the head and buyin a complete swap... puttin togther a swap ull get nickled and dimed like crazy...

Have to agree with this guy. Sell the head for $500 and buy a swap for $1500

Like they say, if you have to ask, don't do it. Just keep reading around for a few months and then you'll get it.
