Few weeks ago, i had a little issue about the rotors that i order. It actually took longer than usual time. Thanks to MIKE from LSD MOTORSPORTS for going above and beyond the customer service he offered me. Mike gave me 15% off of the product the i bought from him as a compensation for not making the product on time at my hand. In addition to this, he will give me some discount on my next purchase and will give me the product for free if i dont get them on time.

Such as customer service like this now a days is hard to get, I think, Mike fully understand the growing competition in the business industry and he is willing to do whatever it takes to please the person and he did and thats how business should be at all times.

Nah, not at all...i didnt even expect him to go that far and offer some discount for the product i order. In fact, he is the one who did the initiative to offer me that discount in the future if ever i do business with him again.

To me, thats fair enough. Business is business, he did whatever needs to be taken care of. In fact, he did his part and thats just as much as he can do. Bottomline is, he did his part and im very happy. Im very satisfied and willing to do business with him again
