have you checked over the motor to see its condition (compression, leakdown, etc)? maybe its possibe you are burning that oil off and its building up in your muffler baffles?

Either that, or you are running a little bit on the rich side. But it's not a bad thing.

This is a funny question. If you were to visualy inspect the underside of your vehicle you might see a puddle of oil/coolant/antifreeze...
If your high reving you might have a blown headgasket which will puff out white smoke until it gets bad. Then it spits out antifreeze tainted black from exhaust soot.
I suggest renting a lift or buying jackstands buying a headgasket and replacing it yourself.
The cost to have a mechanic fix this will be in excess of 400$ depending upon how long youve had a blown head gasket and how much fluids have burned off in your enginebay.
3years ago I had mine replaced from redlining. Then it cost me 480$ all labor.

Police cars have special water pump engines that help it run silent at slower speeds to catch illegal street racers. Watch out for those.
