Those wheels have virtually no lip.
My suggestion is that you clean them with some wheel cleaner and leave them the way they are. The wheels would look better with some better tires mounted on them.

^^yeah i agree. i'm not a big fan of painting rims but the rims look kinda dirty. anyway they'll be restored to their original color? and yeah, once i get some money i'm gonna get some better tires

paint those rims the color of my crx, and ill paint my panasports teal and we'll do circle 8s in a parking lot or something
