is there any way to tell the difference between the G1 and G2 springs and retainers? i ordered a set of G2 springs and retainers from vteckidd and got them straight from kteller. the package wasnt labeled so i dont know if i was sent the G1 or G2?

 

why don't you just PM Rocket he'll know for sure since he makes them

 

he's a busy man and in his signature he says he dont answer his PM's

 

G2's are painted pink
G1's are painted blue and red with pink balloons

mine came in a green transparent bag too. with a sticker that says something like dohc vtec and some numbers.

Watttt? DOHC VTEC??? Mine said QOHC VTEC.....Rocket is helping me make mine into a Quad Over Head Cams.......said I'll gain another 125 HP out of that??? Mine didn't have numbers but it had some Greek symbols on it... man I can't wait till the engine is back together....

yes the ones i have are a snap fit onto the retainers and they did come in a yellowish bag. thanks

 

All his retainers are snap fit to the springs.
