Default Fuse problem on my 94 civic ex

My civic keeps blowing this fuse everytime i turn my headlights on. I replace it like 5 times a day. I can't even drive my car at night. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

you might want to check those two thingy, why is keeps blowing the fuse.
Cluster/taillight wiring might be loose or toushing something ...check them out.

do you have any gauges wirred up to your car using some of the underdash wiring? (i.e. tach, or any other instrument gauge) more than likely if you do you tapped into the wrong wire and its putting a + on a - line if not any gauges any electronics that youve tapped into?

Did you install a radio or anything recently? We had this problem at the track and it was because the radio was touching some wires. I would try that.
