it looks good.

you took a short cut on the 4-1 collector i see.

and you should back purge it too. because i see alot of slag in the inside of the manifold. which causes turbulance with the exhaust flow. and it might get burnt and chips will get into the turbo and maybe wear it out faster?

well this is purely recreational for me. i dont backpurge cause im not made of money. yeah i used a plate for the collector where they meet in the middle.

honestly trhe only slag in there is a few little crispies from where i got too hot in one spot. other than that its clean. i got what i could with my dye grinder..

either way im sure itll work well for the 400 whp goal.

Only other problem I see was also mentioned on HMT, you don't have enough filler, I don't think the weld is supposed to be like that, should have a slight bump at the very least.

I know you said it will hold fine blah blah blah but you should try and work on that next time

Oh, and knowing that backpurging makes a much stronger/better weld not to mention it will help exhaust gases flow as well as the possibility of not enough filler and still selling this manifold is just as bad as the ssautoshit vendors knowing their mani's suck but still sell them.

You need more filler and you need to purge it. Which is the exact same thing everyone said in your last thread.....

^ I agree, more filler, you dont want those to crack or break through. but VERY nice manifold, Ill be making mine soon!

Your collectors need work and your undercutting your weld way too much. You shouldn't just fuse the pipes together.

Pretty nice design for the mostpart, I am just wondering about the collector in the second pic. There is a ton of gap between the four pipes coming together. Do you have a finished pic after that was filled?

The pic is there already. It looks like he put a square piece in there and welded around it.

not bad. turn down your amperage though. alot of Undercut welds and excess penetration
those look like pretty big diameter tubing. no expert but that might hurt the exhaust velocity and my create a bit more turbo lag.

since it looks like you only have a root pass i would go over it again and weave over it
