All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

Do I have to replace my pistons if it looks like this...

See the shiny small dots....they are more like sand dents. Anyone know what cause this?

Just a little pre ignition, still good though.
You can pretty much run a piston till theres a hole melted down to the top ring..Not that I would ever do that , but yours appear to be ok by that pic.
