Will a wheel with a hub bore inside diamater of 2-1/4" fit on my 96 del sol SI?

Yes, but you'll need Hubcentric Rings. I have some if you need them.

They make it so that your wheel sits onto the hub more securly and cuts down on vibration from the wheel moving around the hub.
