Check the wires from ECU to IAT, make sure it's good. Did u plug wrong connector ?...IAC connector look the same as IAT.

i`m thinking it`s in my wiring. but i checked it and rechecked and maybe it`s a timing thing why it won`t start it`s got spark and i can smell gas. anyone know if the itc go to the b plug on the ecu.. i had to cu8t the plug off and put a new one on for the b15/b16 wires and i think i may have screwed it up

One thing that really had me goin bout my ZC swap wuz figuring out the wiring. In the end the cause of the confusion was the way Honda numbers the wires in their connectors. Molded on the black ECU wire connectors are small #'s that go like this (if your holding the connector so your looking into the holes)...

12345...
6789... this is just an example

but Honda numbers the wires like this...

1357...
2468...

Didn't find that one on any of the ZC swap sites. Just glad I didn't start cutting and splicing till I figured it out. Not saying this is what you did, but just thought I'd mention it just in case.

Good Luck!
