400-700 bucks (depending on condition with or without tires) going price for si rims and these are in PRISTINE condition

i am debating on buying those si rims...but see i could buy some 17' touring cup that are white and sick as hell...for 250 but for those rims i need 3 tires and one new rim. so...i am still debating on what to buy
