Help! My paint.
Hey guys I just got my car repainted a month ago but everytime I wash it looks worse and worse..

I use a regular sponge and car wash. Then I dry it off with a microfiber cloth.. I haven't done a full detailed wax on it because I always seem to mess it up on certain spots
... guys help save my paint!

I think he did wet sand it , it needs to be buffed more.
After he paints your car , he goes over it with a fine sand paper to get out the imperfections and orange peel.
have him buff it out

Ok, does the work literally use an orange peel
? Or is that a auto detailing product?

wet sanding is where they use a high grade sand paper and use water and sand off the overspray, inpurities on the pait's surface, etc. never let a family friend do anything to your car. trust me i had to learn the hard way. i would suggest that you have them buff that out and have them re-clear it.

it's teh way the paint comes out after the job is done..
you go over it with sand paper to smooth our the craters ( or orange peel look ) so it's level with a smooth surface , eliminating the orange peel " look ".

usually when that happens, it means they were careless when they were buffing your car. they missed spots. ultimately near the edges cause thats where its most vulnerable to burn through the clear coat. but i see theres still a little orange peel.
have those idiots at the body shop color sand the whole car with 2000 grit and tell them to buff the whole thing again. that's what i'd do.

That sounds good but this was done a month ago and I don't know if they will still buff it out for free

wet sand wont help, by looking at those pictures its pretty damn obvious that the paint has come off. On the second pic at the bottom you can see the primer coming through.
More important questions are: How many coats did he use, how long was it let dry...and how long did you leave it before you decided to wash the car. Automotive paint takes about a month to completely harden
how to fix it: paint it again
