Hey, I got the Greddy Evo 2 on my car and something seems wrong. My car is sitting on Tein SS coilovers, so it's pretty low to the ground. I came off of a curb the other day and something rubbed funny. Since then, the around around my mid pipe (resonator pipe?) sounds like the sound a rattling heat shield makes once the car gets warm. I'm guessing the exhaust expands and its hitting some metal.
My request, though odd, is that someone post a pic of the mid section of the Evo 2 exhaust so I can make sure I have the right one (my pipe seems a little large and does not match the pic I saw on modacar.com).
Also, is there any suggestions of what the rattle might be? Thanks

 

I would check your heatsheilds on your cat and the heatshields above your exhaust. I dont think the exhaust is expanding and causing a rattle.

I cant help you with a pic. But if you cant get the exhaust to stop rattling I will sell you a Hyper Medalion Catback that doesnt rattle.

 

Yea, I gotta do the heat shield check on Fri. Thanks for the offer but I'm sure Greddy warranties the mid pipe if it rattles. I included pics this post. Please tell me if yours looks the same. (See how low it is to the ground )
