can you put GSR oem spark plug wires on stock EG civic? will it mess up the timing, if so can you adjust the timing to even it out? thanks.

 

As long as the ends fit I don't see how it would affect anything. Why not use whats specifed for your application? No gain to be had by using oem gsr wires, unless you just need something to get you by.

 

i hae a EG but the stock wires are about to go, its old and it not in good condition, my friend gave me his old oem wires off his gsr, so i was wondering if i can use that for now. thanks.

your still a trail so you can't make threads yet. and posting, iono about that, i'm not an expert on honda-tech, the infomation i just gave you might be wrong...haha but yeah i just know trial users have limited on what they can do. so maybe thats why you can't do what you want to do. hope this helps, good luck.

 

you can get bosch wires for like 15 bucks... why not get them? im not certain that the gsr wires would fit, doesnt seem likely. but worth a shot none the least. Just make sure that you put the new wires n the same order.
