Default recommendations on header for a gsr.....

i dunno what kind of header to put on.... i have a dc sport exhaust system on my car.... ummm yea and a ebay cold air... but i wanted to start going internals.. but people told me i should get a header.... so here i am lookign for what kind of header i should get... any suggestions ??

I would try and do a search before you start asking cuz the response is going to be search cuz it all depends on what you want to get out of it. Search is your freind otherwise you will get mad flamed.

4-1 if ground clearance isn't an issue for you, for me it is so i had to go with a 4-2-1 cause where i live there are huge speedbumps and my car is already lowered
