2001 honda accord stud 4lug

You might need to press the hub out, which usually destroys the wheel bearing. Here's what to try...

Take off the caliper & brake rotor. The studs (#20) are pressed into the hub (#3). Some years or some models, you can spin the hub to position the stud so you can press it out. Look for a cut-out in the steering knuckle where the stud can go. Most(?) Hondas don't have that, so you gotta do the wheel-bearing job.
You can take the steering knuckle out of the car, & take it to a shop with a bearing press...
