I did just an intake manifold swap and I am getting a 1.5rpm idle, can't rev past 3200 rpm, low intake pressure, and code 16.

Running a b18a w/ dsm injectors set at -40% correction. I didn't take note of my previous sensor check voltages before the swap but at idle, mine is now reading:

Pres: 2.8v
Thrt: .3v
CDS: 4.86v

I know that my pressure voltage is high so what could this mean? Car is running crappy so any help/suggestions would be great!
