Default did you want adjustable cam gears for you ZC?

hey i had been asked a few times if i could find out if jun made adjustable cam gears and i went there the other day the answer is yes they do they are a 160 each or 320 for the set. i also tried to see if i could get a hold of some mugen cams but no luck so far. but if you are interested in cam gears then i can help you out. i didnt increase the price of the gears that is the real price from them but i would need a little for shipping so liet me know. burton_129@hotmail.com

the jun cam gears for the ZC are garbage! I bought a set and they would slip 2-3 teeth every other week! I am looking at a set of JG cam gears now.

well i wouldn't know the quality of those but as far as i know jun makes good products. but i am hare in japan and i will buy them directly from jun manufacturing so if you had problems with them i could take them back or what ever but i think you just didn't put lock-tight on the bolts like a good mechanic would and that is why you had problems bro

nope fresh lock tight on the nuts and it still slipped, I even changed the tensioner with a brand new one because I thought that could have been the problem. I have been talking to a few people that swear by the JGs.

Having been here long enough to have read threads about any advantage to these on the ZC the general consensus backed up by Dyno testing showed on the DOHC ZC you might gain is withing the margin of error of the dyno. Don't believe me try a search...was maybe 2 or 3 years ago.
