are you being serious? If so, take the shock/spring assembly off the car, take the nut off the shaft, you'll need to put an allen wrench in the top of the shaft to keep it from spinning with the bolt, then just slide the shock hat off, along with the washers, then take the dust boot off the shaft and you'll see your bumpstop there, should be a yellow, orange or grey looking foam piece (color depends on age and condition) that is ribbed. Just slide it off the shaft. If you're lowering the car, cut it in half and put half of it back on.
