What happened to the AIR CF intake manifold?

What happened to the AIR CF intake manifold?
I rememebr at one point everyone wanted one but I havent seen any setups with it or any mention of them, did they prove to not be worth it or did the price tag scare everyone off?

i think the price seemed to put it out of alot of peoples reach. 1g is a hell of alot of money for a intake mani. i would love to have one ,but i wouldn't buy one unless i was building an all out track car

well only because the one i was using was on borrow from Endyn. I now run the Edlebrock to add weight to the car.
