Default gsr rim durability

Just curious as to how strong the factory 2001 GS-R rims are compared to aftermarket wheels. I just lowered my car, have 195/55's on the rim right now but driving home tonight hit a bump, not a pothole but they were paving the road and where it was uneven, about 4 inches, my car went over it, making the cd player go off for a second. Doesn't seem to be bent but are there any indications?

The stock wheels are strong, whereas aftermarket wheels vary in quality (some are better than others).

If you're concerned, you can have your wheel checked at any mechanic's shop, where they can put it on the balance machine to see if it's thrown out of balance or out of round.
