i thought i blew my head gasket then i took my header off and noticed that cylinder one had no carbon in it. the only thing that could have washed the carbon away was gas or water.. but im running antifreeze not water so that leaves gas.. why would gas be leaking down there? thanks

 

i would think boiling hot antifreeze would do the same as water, it did when i blew my headgasket

 

yup it pretty much steam cleans the engine, i bet the hg is blown in that cylinder adn thats why its so clean

 

yes maybe, i did a compression test and it goes c1= 130 c2= 150 c3= 160 c4=165
