ill tell you what it looks like got denny's and eat a stake and cheese omlet,wash it down with a case of natural light and and have icecream with extra penuts for desert. What ends up on the tolet will closly resemble what the teg console in a civic will look like. I got a 96 up console in mine and this looks good with a little triming,sorry no picks no digital camra........

 

Putting a 94+ Integra center console in the 88-91 civic is extremely easy and looks great. Just make sure you get the proper color. However, the newer civic consoles are a bitch to make look right.

 

I have a 90 civic HB Si with a '99 Integra Type R center console in my car, and i love it. You get cup holders and a cool armrest. Ill post some pics as soon as I can for you. I would say go for it, I am very happy with this mod.

 

How much did you guys pay for the consoles?

 

I got such a good deal on mine.Being at thr right place at the right time. A freind of mines type r was hit and totaled, so he sold me the console for 45 bucks. Its cool, it has all the red stiching and is practically brand new, im trying to post pics.

 

 

I have 3 Integra center consols for sale. It fits almost perfect on the civic.

 

I'm interested in one . How much and do you have one in black ?

why dosent some one show the gaps that this console leaves around the part where the console meets the civic dash, and how awquard the passinger side looks. whene i was looking to do this i could find no close up picks and after i got the console i found out why. but i am veery picky on interior. any ways for the one asking if the teg consoul will fit the crx it will and in my opinion it looks good in them if you only yse the armrest/ebrake cover part and leave the rest alone or if you are good you can use about 2 inches of the front part to make a transition peice this is what the guy that i sold mine to did. good luck to all and if you are not picky i gues they dont look too bad but i am>>>>>>>>>>>&gt ;

plus here isthe suck part, i have a blue interior and i don't think any of them came in blue so do you think black would look ok? i have a black SI piece for my ebrake and up. i want to put my wholre crx interior in my car but i doubt i will.

The gaps on mine are so small its not even noticable, you have to play around with it to get the gaps small

 

hey Trinity the center console fits almost perfect just the driver side screw has to be driven into the metal bar very easy. But never seen it done to CRX's.

Yes it is. Like 89SivicHatch said, there are gaps if it is not molded. There are also lines that don't match up. Plus the curves on the edges are also different. I too have never seen up close quality pictures of other consoles that were not molded. Mine took many hours to get like it is.

 

looks good molded in buy the way what is the model # on that alpine i am looking to get xm and i now have cda7863 and wasent to impresed eith alpines last year modeles and the new ones got the shiny **** and the dancing bars back as it looks like in the picture, the reason i want to know is so i can look up a price at work.
