IHI RHB5 TURBO

I just came across this turbo. Someone gave it to me. I would like to know if someone can help me with this. I have a Civic DX. with a D16y7. What kits would fit on for this turbo and my car?

Do you have the Ford/Mazda version or the Subaru version? Also, pics of it will get you MANY more responses.
