Fuel rail fitment on the edelbrock im

Well i want to change my IM out for the edelbrock but i have the aem fuel rail and saw that these two product doesnt fit well together.

anyone have any insight on this.

How does it not fit properly??

da fuel pressure regulator does it hit the intake manifold to the point you have to try and turn it some way
